The MS Gym 3.0: A Smarter Way to Move With MS—From Someone Who Gets It
The MS Gym by Coach Trevor Wicken does not claim to offer a cure for multiple sclerosis. As Coach Trevor often reminds us, living with a chronic neurological disorder is not easy. Doctors tell us to exercise—but for those of us living with MS, it’s not as simple as “just work out.”
Although exercise is recommended, there were never clear guidelines or structure until The MS Gym created them. Exhaustion, weakness, muscle spasm, and many other issues complicate movement. The MS Gym is a paid membership program that has helped me—and thousands around the world—clarify the movement maps in our brains. By performing specific, brain-based exercises, we tap into neuroplasticity to improve faulty neural pathways caused by MS and relieve many of the symptoms, pain, and movement problems that come with it.

You can preview The MS Gym on YouTube, where Trevor offers dozens of free exercises. But the full program is designed to meet you exactly where you are—based on your abilities, mobility level, and goals. Inside the membership, you also gain access to a caring community of people facing the same challenges. It’s more than exercise; members often call it movement medicine. The platform also includes programs for mindset, education, and coaching so you can strengthen both body and spirit.
Who Started The MS Gym?
In May 2017, Trevor Wicken joined forces with Ken Allen to bring a new kind of neurological fitness to life. What began as a free Facebook group has grown into a worldwide online membership serving tens of thousands of people with MS and related conditions. Ken Allen, now the Co-Owner & CEO, helped scale Trevor’s vision from a small online community into a structured global movement program.

Why This Matters
As someone personally navigating MS, I know that motivation and consistency can fade fast when your body feels unpredictable. What keeps me moving is knowing there’s a structured plan, created by someone who understands MS from both a clinical and human perspective.
The MS Gym 3.0 is about hope through movement—one step, one stretch, one rewired pathway at a time.
You can explore the official Membership 3.0 page for details, videos, and special offers (active as of October 31, 2025). If you’re curious about what’s possible, start with the free YouTube exercises and see how your body responds—you might just feel the difference movement medicine can make.
